Extreme Plunge Volunteer Program

Extreme Plunge Volunteer Program (XPVP) is a one-to-three month immersion (with the possibility of extending the program to six months) ministry/volunteer program with the XP Team. It is designed mainly for those feeling a call into Christian service and ministry.

There are two main areas of focus for the Plunge Program - Evangelism and Intercession. In addition to these areas, volunteers will also have the opportunity to minister with members of the XP Team in ministry of helps, home missions, serving at conferences, prophetic and healing ministry, and more!

Evangelism Plunge

The great commission tells us to go into all the world and make disciples of the nations. The XP Evangelism Plunge will train you how to take the extreme love of Jesus to “your world.” Our heart is to teach you how to make evangelism a lifestyle – to preach the gospel “as you go.” You will learn how to do power evangelism through taking the prophetic to the streets, faith healing, and healing through words of knowledge, releasing the glory, and breaking open atmospheres. You will learn creative methods of evangelism that will not only fit your lifestyle but will enable you to take your neighborhood or your city for Jesus.

Intercession Plunge

We are called to be priests and kings unto our God. In the XP Intercession Plunge, we will spend time delving the depths of intercession in every area. We will train you how to pray and enjoy your personal time and intimacy with the Lord. You will learn how to pray for your family, how to be an armor bearer (pray for leaders), how to intercede for the ministry, conferences and events, how to pray for your city and neighborhoods, and how to apply intercession in every area of your life. Intercession is not just an hour or two of prayer. It is constant communion with the Lord. We will show you how you were created to be a history maker and world changer; we will even have times of going out on the streets and seeing how we, in prayer, can change an atmosphere.

XPVP is hosted in the homes of the XPmedia team members.

Who can take the Extreme Plunge Volunteer Program?

This volunteer program is designed for believers with a fairly strong foundation of Christian values, basic Bible doctrine, established devotional and worship life, and who desire to plunge into radical Kingdom life and ministry. Plungers will volunteer their time and talents on an as needed basis. Plungers will need to be diligent, physically healthy, humble, teachable, and eager to grow in Christian character and faith.

During XPVP, plungers will have varied schedules.

Benefits of Becoming an Extreme Plunger:

One day a week the plunger will be afforded the opportunity to attend the weekly staff meeting
Plunge Night – one evening a week.
Opportunities for home groups, trips with the itinerant staff (at Plunger’s own expense)
House revivals
Personal ministry via counseling (by appointment only)
Deliverance team (by appointment only)
Access to library including CD’s and teaching materials
Free admission to conferences during your XPVP

Financial Considerations

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Application and Registration fees MUST BE MAILED in to the address on the application form. PLEASE DO NOT make XPVP payments via the Internet or on our website, as we will not be able to accept the application.

$25 Application Fee due with submission of XPVP Application. We will only accept checks or money orders (US FUNDS ONLY; NO CASH). Make checks and money orders payable to CSA and mail to the address below. We will not accept online payments.
